Stir if talks fail: Biplab

Dang, November 6:

Maoist central member and central base area bureau in-charge Biplab today warned of a new kind of vigorous agitation after the peoples’ gathering that will be held in the capital on November 10 if the summit talks fail.

He was speaking on the occasion of a joint declaration gathering of five Maoist-affiliated organisations in Gorahi.

“The politcal atmosphere that was vitiated by foreign forces has improved now,” said Biplab, adding that the atmosphere had become conducive because of pressure by the peple.

“We are hopeful that the talks will be successful. Should the talks fail, however, a new kind of Andolan will be launched after the peoples’ gathering that will be addressed by Maoist chairperson Prachanda in Kathmandu on November 10,” Biplab said.
