Middle-aged man arrested for raping teenager in Lamjung
KATHMANDU: Police has arrested a man for allegedly raping a speech impaired teenage girl in Lamjung district on Tuesday.
The arrested has been identified as 56-year-old Gyan Bahadur Lama of Salphedi in Rainas Municipality-6 of the district.
According to police, Lama lured the girl, a resident of the same locality into the forest, some distance from her house, and subsequently raped her.
Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, police said.
