KAILALI: Transport entrepreneurs arrested for their protest against the government decision to remove the syndicate system signed a document pledging not to agitate for the syndicate system in future on Sunday.

The arrested transport entrepreneurs were released after they signed the document pledging not to get involved in syndicate related activities and vowed to abide by government rules related to the transport sector.

The released transport entrepreneurs are Nepal Transport Entrepreneurs National Federation Province 7 Coordinator Tek Raj Joshi, Karnali Transport Committee Chairman Dhiraj Shahi, General Secretary Ganesh Oli, Treasurer Jayarup Budha, and members Gyan Bahadur Bhandari and Krishna Prasad Bhattarai.
