KATHMANDU, MARCH 11
Army Day is being marked today which coincides with the Mahashivaratri festival. Seen in the pictures are Nepali Army personnel carrying out various drills to observe the Day, in Kathmandu.
Nepali Army personnel fire cannon shots as part of the event at Army Pavilion in Tundikhel while an army chopper carries soldiers during a rescue drill.
Likewise, Nepali Army firefighters douse a fire while Army jumpmasters approach the land in their parachutes.
