KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 3

Worshippers light a traditional lamp in remembrance of their departed beloved ones during Bala Chaturdashi festival at Pashupathinath Temple in Kathmandu, Nepal on Thursday.

Bala Chaturdashi is observed in remembrance of late beloved ones, a belief that by performing rituals the departed souls can secure a better place in heaven.
