KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 23

Supporters of the Dahal-Nepal splinter group in the governing Nepal Communist Party (NCP) celebrate Supreme Court's order of reinstatement of the House of Representatives, in Kathmandu, on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

The SC has deemed Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's move to dissolve the House an unconstitutional move, thereby overturning the decision.

Meanwhile, leaders of the opposition, civil society members, among others, have welcome the apex court's decision on House reinstatement.
