EDITORIAL: HoR dissolved, finally It was quite obvious that the House of Representatives (HoR) would be dissolved once again after Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli failed to win the vote of confidence on May 10 and the president allowed him to form the next government as the leader of the largest party in the HoR the following day subject to proving his majority within 30 days, as per the constitutional provision.
