KATHMANDU: The Martyrs Memorial ‘A’ Division Football League is starting from today after a gap of four years.

The domestic football league could not take place for four years due to internal conflict.

14 ‘A’ Division clubs will be competing in the league for around three months. There is no provision for relegation in this league. The league will last till 30 January 2019.

Tribhuvan Army Club and New Road Team (NRT) are competing in the inaugural match of the league this afternoon.

The match will start at 3:00 pm at the ANFA Complex at Satdobato in Lalitpur, League’s Director Sanjeev Mishra said.
