Dharan Golf Club is organising the sixth Indra Baraha Memorial Amateur Open Golf Tournament here on April 17.
A total of 43 golfers including three women golfers will take part in the annual tournament, which was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, informed the organisers at a press meet on Monday.
Baraha Group is the main sponsor of the tournament, which is being organised in memory of Dharan Golf Club member Indra Kumar Lamichhane.
The winners will receive trophies along with gift voucher from Baraha Group. President of Baraha Group Shiva Lamichhane remembered his father, Indra Kumar Lamichhane, as a sports lover and an avid golfer.
"We have been sponsoring the tournament to fulfill the dreams of a man who was deeply associated with the sport," said Lamichhane.
