Amrit Science College (ASCOL) defeated hosts Sha-nker Dev ‘A’ 50-41 in the final of the Inter-college Basketball Tournament on Friday. Parvesh Shrestha of ASCOL top-scored in the match with 15 points. Ravin Khatri — who netted 12 for Shanker Dev — was named the MVP, while teammate Binod Shrestha won the highest scorer’s award. CA Member Minendra Rijal gave away prizes to the winners.
