ITAHARI: Nepal Athletics Association is organising the 42nd National Athletics Championship here from Sunday.

A total of 171 players — 90 men and 81 women — from three departmental sides and five regional teams will compete in the championship, informed chief coach Amiri Yadav.

The three-day tournament features 19 events in men’s and 18 events in women’s categories.
