KATHMANDU: An agreement has been signed between BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (BPW) and Mega Capital Markets Ltd (MCML) to carry out all the work related to the share registrar.
Dilip Kumar Pokharel, chief executive of BPW, and Shulav Shrestha, acting CEO of MCML, put their initials on the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, as per a press release.
Under the agreement, the MCML will provide all the services related to keeping records related to securities transactions, cancellation of share filings, name change and updating the cost of shareholders, among others.
