DHANGADHI: Hasanpur Royals and Chauraha registered victories in the Sagarmatha Cement Dhangadhi Cricket League-3 here on Saturday. Hasanpur Royals defeated Attariya by five wickets, while Chauraha thrashed Santoshi Tole by 87 runs. Hasanpur Royals are at the top of the table with eight points, while Chauraha are second with seven. Batting first, Attariya were bowled out for 122 in 19.5 overs, while Hasanpur reached 126-5 with one ball to spare. Naresh Bohara top scored for Attariya with 29 off 30 balls, while Binod Lama was the pick of the Hasanpur bowlers claiming three wickets. In reply, Bhim Sarki remained unbeaten on 27 off 23 balls, while Lalit Bam scored 28 off 32 balls for Hasanpur. In another match, Chauraha were bowled out for 219 runs in 20 overs and Santoshi Tole managed 132-9 in 20 overs. Sonu Tamang of Chauraha scored a magnificent 95 off 55 balls. For Santoshi Tole, Bijay Rana top scored with 42 off 32 balls, while Padam KC claimed four wickets and Sonu Tamang took two for Chauraha.
