KATHMANDU: The National Sports Council on Friday nominated Kul Bahadur Thapa as the chief of Administrative Department.

The post was vacant after Basudev Acharya retired on Thursday due to age limit. Dem Bahadu Basnet has been transferred to the Sports Development Department in place of Thapa, while Gyanendra Shrestha was appointed at the National Associations Coordination Department.

Likewise, Madhusudan Basnet got the responsibility of leading the Competition and Planning Department.
