Lalitpur, May 18:

All Nepal Football Association released the yearly programme calendar vowing to organise the Martyrs’ Memorial ‘A’ Division League from October.

“We will try to convince all the clubs to take part in the league and I promise the league will be held at any costs this year,” said ANFA President Ganesh Thapa. “I can not predict the number of clubs participating in the league, but rest assured the league will be held this year,” added Thapa.

As per the calendar released today, the Nepali football players will get the opportunities to play in the 28 national and international tournaments, including the league. The four others activities of ANFA are coaches and referees’ trainings and award ceremonies. Apart from the regular knock out tournaments in and outside the Valley and the league, the clubs will also get the chance to participate in two other ‘A’ Division knock out tournaments in Kathmandu.
