Lifan bikers reach Tashiphuk

Chinese Lifan Motorcycle Himalayan Expedition 2002 team reaches at Tashiphuk on Wednesday evening, said the manager of the Chinese Lifan Motorcycle Himalayan Expedition 2002, Dharma Adventures from the expedition site.

According to the scheduled programme, they will continue their expedition towards the destination Parchamao peak on Thursday morning.

Chinese Lifan bikers — Seng Dong, Sue Xen and Luo Hong Tao — started their expedition: Chinese Lifan Motorcycle Himalayan Expedition 2002 on May 18 from Kathmandu. They continued the path through Beding, Na, Tsho-Rolpa and Tashiphuk. According to the expedition manager Dharma Adventures, “If the weather will be favourable to them, they will complete the expedition on Thursday evening.”

Lifan, one of the leading Chinese motorcycles manufacturing companies, has been organising the campaign in Nepal for its brand promotion since last 12 days. According to one of the senior members of Lifan stationed at Kathmandu, the main objective of this campaign is to set a new World record by taking Lifan motorcycle to a height of 6,187-metre Parchamo peak.
