MMC to face APF

HETAUDA: Laxmi Hyundai Manang Marshyangdi Club will take on Nepal APF Club in the opening match of the third Hetauda Gold Cup Football Tournament at the Institute of Forestry grounds on Saturday.

A total of eight teams — MMC, RuslanThree Star Club, APF, CMG Club Sankata, Tribhuvan Army Club, Nepal Police Club, Farwest Sports Club and Bijay Youth Club of Hetauda — will compete in the tournament, which is organised by Suman Bhomjan Memorial Sports Foundation.

Top two teams will take home Rs 500,000 and Rs 300,000 respectively, while the best player will get Rs 25,000.
