The Nepal Basketbal League Pvt Ltd signed an agreement with Southern Cross University of Australia here on Sunday. NBL Chief Executive Officer Namit BahadurThapa and South Cross University Country Manager Subhi Pradhan exchanged the memorandum of understanding.
After the agreement, Southern Cross will be the university partner of the NBL in the upcoming season.
NBL postponed the tournament in 2020 due to coronavirus pandemic and they are planning to organise the tournaments - third edition of NBL and second edition of Women's National Basketball League - from mid-July.
