KATHMANDU: All Nepal Football Association President Pankaj Bikram Nembang has been nominated as the Deputy Chairperson in the Development Committee of the Asian Football Confederation.

"The Development Committee is an important committee of the AFC which underlines stronger support for Member Associations and Regional Associations.

It is responsible for providing services and other supports to enable MAs and RAs to run and develop football," said the ANFA on its website.

The 33rd AFC Congress held in Bahrain earlier this month elected Nembang as the Executive Committee Member.
