KATHMANDU: Nepal Storm recorded an one-wicket win against Sri Lankan Lions in the Asian Club Premier League here at the Tribhuvan University Stadium on Friday.

Batting first, Lions scored 148-8 in their allotted 20 overs before Storm scored 151-9 with five balls to spare.. Dishant Yadav scored 42-ball 50, while Jitendra Sharma remained unbeaten on 13-ball 31 to help Storm reach the target. N Samarakkody took 2-17 for Lions.

Earlier, Lions posted the fighting total after Utsav Chandra scored an unbeaten 30-ball 40 and Nikhil Namdev contributed 26 off 32.

Haseeb Amjad, Ashish Bisht and Gaurav Barabade took two wickets each for Storm.
