KATHMANDU: Former Nepal champion Badrilal Nepali lifted the title of the Pioneer Blitz Chess Tournament here on Saturday. Nepali registered five wins and played two draws in a seven-round tournament. With the win, Nepali pursed Rs 5000, while Bijay Dangol of Kathmandu Chess Club received Rs 3,000 for the second berth. FIDE Master Manish Hama and Ashish Phuyal of Thapathali Chess Park finished third and fourth positions respectively and received Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,000 each.
