Salony Pandey defeated Saluny Lama 6-1, 6-3 and won the junior girl’s section title at the first Autumn Open Tennis Tournament, which has been organised by Fair Deal Trading Concern, here at Satdobato Tennis Complex.

Deepak Shrestha bagged the veteran’s singles (50+) title with a 7-5, 6-1 win over Gyanendra Tamrakar, while the duo of Krishna Ghale and Subarna Dhakhwa won the veterans’ doubles title beating Manoj Rana and Rajesh Chhetry 7-5, 6-2. The tournament will end on Saturday with the men’s singles final between Krishna Karsolia and Kumar Adhikari. Karsolia defeated Kamalesh Shukla 6-4, 6-2, 6-2 and Adhikari advanced with a 6-3, 6-1, 6-3 win over Capt Karsolia.
