Rai claims Road Race title
Kathmandu: Ishan Rai won the five-km event under the Road Race and Walkathon organised by Brihaspati Vidya Sadan here on Saturday.
Rai came first among the Grade 10 students in the event.Similarly, Sonam Rakpe Sherpa and Rabina Singh claimed first positions in the race for Grade 9 students, while Ankush Adhikari won boys event and Neha Shrestha won girls event in Grade 8 section.
Likewise, Devid Thapa and Samragyi Pokharel won 3.5km races for Grade 6, while Lujau Dhunju and Shristi Shrestha claimed first positions in Grade 7 section. Similarly, a five-km walkathon was also organised.
