KATHMANDU: The fifth Annual General Meeting of Nepal Ski Association on Sunday unanimously elected a 19-member executive committee.
Jeevan Ram Shrestha, who is also the President of Nepal Olympic Committee, will lead the committee for another four years. Raja Babu Shrestha, Shambhu Lama, Madhav Aryal and Rama Bhattarai were elected as vice-presidents, while Bijay Shrestha, Basanta Karki and Shanta Maya Pariyar got the responsibilities of general secretary, secretary and treasurer respectively.
Likewise, Arjun Maharjan, Kripa Shrestha, Lama Kaji Sherpa, Rukmati Jagari, Namgya Gyaljen Wangdi Gurung, Tashi Gyanjen Sherpa, Bir Bahadur Rawal Bhote, Gyanendra Kumar Shrestha, Phunjo Lama and Bhai Krishna Balami were elected as members. Earlier, National Sports Council Member Secretary Tanka Lal Ghising inaugurated the AGM.
