JHAPA: Kasa-XI advanced defeated Kalimpong Football Club 4-0 and advanced to the semi-finals of the third Surunga Gold Cup Football here on Saturday.

Bikash Limbu provided the lead to Kasa in the 12th minute before Abhishek Rai doubled the lead seven minutes later.

In an one-sided affair, Sunil Bista scored Kasa’s third goal in the 54th minute and Sesehang Aangdambe netted the fourth in the 67th minute. Prashant Magar was named the man-of-the-match.

Rajendra Pokhrel of Surunga Jaycees gave away Rs 2,000 each to goal scorers. On Sunday, Nepal APF Club will take on Saraswoti Football Club.
