LALITPUR: All Nepal Football Association organised various programmes to mark the AFC Women’s Football Day here at the ANFA Complex on Wednesday.

A total of 200 students from different 25 schools took part in football drills conducted by senior coaches of the ANFA as well as in the entertainment programmes. Similarly, ANFA also organised a friendly football match of 30 minutes between the two teams of national women’s team players.

Meanwhile, ANFA President Narendra Shrestha said the football governing body would organise more women’s tournaments and activities to strengthen women’s football in Nepal.
