The World Table Tennis Day was celebrated in Nepal with the tagline FEMpowerment, empowering female through table tennis, here on Tuesday.
Coach Naresh Rawal, who was selected as one of the promoters by ITTF Foundation to celebrate the day in Nepal, organised a programme at Dynamic School in Bhaisepati.
Rawal, Nepal Table Tennis Association President Chaturananda Rajvaidhya and Principal ND Lama handed over bats, balls and t-shirts to the students.
Rawal, who is also the ITTF Level-II coach and international umpire, demonstrated various drills and skills of table tennis apart from playing with the participants.
