Naresh Rawal, the international umpire and International Table Tennis Foundation (ITTF) Level-II coach, organised a programme at Bhakundechaur Youth Society in Chandragiri to celebrate the World Table Tennis Day 2021.
The ITTF had nominated Rawal as one of the promoters in Nepal and he organised second programme on Sunday. He had organised similar programme in Bhaisepati, Lalitpur on April 6. Rawal, the founder and coach at the Saroj's Table Tennis 4 All Academy, distributed bats, balls and t-shirts to the participants.
The programme was organised with the theme of FEMpowerment -empowering female through table tennis. Mayor of Chandragiri Municipality Ghansyam Giri, Nepal APF Club coach Rajendra Dulal and Bhakundechaur Youth Society President Simran Baniya among others attended the programme.
