KATHMANDU: Zest Badminton Academy on Wednesday honoured shuttler Prince Dahal, who made history earlier this month by reaching in the top three in World Badminton junior ranking. National Sports Council Member Secretary Ramesh Kumar Silwal and Zest Badminton Academy President Madhu Sudan Pathak felicitated Dahal amidst a ceremony.
Dahal, who moved to third in the U-19 world ranking, defeated Nepal No 1 Ratnajit Tamang on his way to winning the national badminton title in Sarlahi earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Yonex Sunrise Nepal proprietor Raju Bastola handed over sports kits to Dahal on the occasion.
