KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 19

Central member of Bibeksheel Sajha Party and Chairperson of Federation of Nepal Gold, Silver, Gem and Jewelry Associations (FNGSGJA), Ramesh Maharjan has died from complications from Covid-19.

The party confirmed the news of his passing away on social media.

Maharjan was also the managing director of RB Diamond Jewelers and chair of Nepal- Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce.

Chairperson of Bibekshil Sajha Party, Rabindra Mishra, said Maharjan was a successful businessperson and a social personality. His death is an irreparable loss to the country, Mishra added.

Mishra also extended eternal peace to the departed one and condolences to the bereaved family members.
