KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 26

Following their successful concerts in Nagoya and Tokyo, Nepathya-Nepal's premier folk-rock band-captivated audiences in Osaka, concluding their Japan Tour 2025 in style.

In a press statement issued today, Nepalaya, the band's management company, said, "Although our tour has concluded here, our legacy will remain at the 'Jap Osaka Bayside,' as the organizers have requested Nepathya's signed message to be placed on their 'Wall of Fame.'"

With this enthralling performance in Osaka, the band officially wrapped up their series of concerts for the year.

Nepathya kicked off the Osaka show with their hit number 'Ho Rama Rama Ho' and entertained the audience with a dynamic mix of old and new songs.

Between performances, lead vocalist Amrit Gurung urged the audience to visit Nepal's mountains and valleys, and emphasized the importance of preserving the Nepali language and culture, according to the statement.

He further appealed to Nepalis living abroad: "Save a little of your hard-earned money in foreign lands to bring hope to children in Nepal who are deprived of education."

As the concert neared its conclusion, the band performed 'Gaun Gaun Bata Utha', prompting the audience to dance and sing along with Amrit. Referring to the upcoming elections, he encouraged them to call their relatives back home and persuade them to vote for the better candidate rather than simply for someone familiar.

As usual, Amrit was accompanied on stage by Dhruba Lama on drums, Subin Shakya on bass guitar, Neeraj Gurung on guitar, Shanti Rayamajhi on madals, and Dineshraj Regmi on keyboards.
