Yummy pumpkins

Do you love ‘pakaudas? If so, then do not sneer at this even if you are not so fond of pumpkins. Crispy and light, it makes for scrumptious snacks.
Ingredients: (serve for 2)
• 200 gm Red pumpkin
• 1/2 cup rice flour
• 1/2 cup besan
• salt as per taste
• Red chilli powder
• Turmeric powder
• Garlic paste
Peel off the outer skin of pumpkin and pick its seeds too.Then use a scraper to smoothen it before cutting it into pieces of uniform size. Now mix the rice flour and besan. Add salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder and a pinch of garlic paste. Dip the pumpkin pieces in the mixture. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the pieces one one by one until they turn light brown in colour. Serve these crunchy pakaudas with tomato sauce.
