Minister for Information and Communications Jayaprakash Prasad Gupta has said that Nepal seeks to line up international opinion against terrorism that has surfaced in the world.

At an interaction programme with intellectuals here today, he said that HMG expected support and financial cooperation from the USA in combating terrorism.

He said that there was no scope for dialogue with the Maoist terrorists unless and until they apologised and disarmed.

Stating that an all party government was not the solution to the Maoist issue, he made it clear that there was no justification for this when a constitutional government was at work.
