KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 160,000 were reportedly stolen from a house in Changathali  of Mahalaxmi Municipaltiy- 5 in Lalitpur Metropolitan City on Thursday.

According to police, an unidentified gang barged into the unattended house of Chun Devi Dhakal by breaking the padlock of  maindoor, and made off  with property including gold jewelry weighing two tola and Rs 6,000 cash.

The case is being looked into, informed police.
