KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Wednesday filed a charge-sheet at the Special Court against Bhim Bahadur Shahi, a section officer at the Public Service Commission, for his alleged involvement in abuse of authority.
According to the CIAA, Shahi had tampered with the answer sheet of his daughter to make her go through an exam conducted by the PSC for fourth level employees of Nepal Airlines Corporation.
The anti-graft body said Shahi was booked under Section 11 of the Prevention of Corruption Act- 2002, seeking maximum punished as per the law.
