KAPILBASTU:

Speakers at a workshop organised by the Nepal Dalit and Oppressed Caste Liberation Society, Kapilvastu, in Taulihawa on Saturday said the rights of Dalit community can be ensured only when an election to a constituent assembly is held by making the representation on the basis of proportional vote.

CPN-UML central disciplinary committee member Dhanendra Ghimire, CPN-UML district secretary Bal Ram Adhikari, CDO Narendra dahal and LDO Damodar Bhandari spoke among others.
