KATHMANDU, APRIL 25
Nepal on Sunday reported 28 Covid-related fatalities, taking the total number of reported deaths by the disease to 3164.
As per the data provided by the Ministry of Health and Population, the Covid-19 death rate in the country is 1.05% till date.
The number of deaths reported from across the country has suddenly increased with the recent surge in coronavirus infections.
There were as many as 3032 new infections recorded today, after which the nationwide coronavirus tally stands at 300,119.
Globally, 3,115,018 people have succumbed to coronavirus infection. In recent times, infections in India are increasing very rapidly with the second wave, which has also increased death rate in the country.
