Nepali expatriates in Bangladesh handed over medical equipment and other emergency supplies to Dr Banshidhar Mishra, Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh in Dhaka on June 2.

The consignment consists of 10 oxygen concentrators (10 litre), 10 Oxytherapy sets, five CPAC and 10 flowmeter with humidifier, said the embassy in a press release.

On behalf of the Nepali expatriates, Tika Limbu expressed satisfaction for assisting Nepal government with health equipment, while assuring that the support by the diaspora would be continued in the days ahead.

Ambassador Mishra expressed his sincere gratitude to the Nepali expats for their solidarity with the people and Government of Nepal dealing with significant rise in Covid -19 cases.

All equipment are being transported to Kathmandu from Dhaka today itself through a chartered flight along with other health materials assistance provided by Bangladesh Army to Nepali Army, said a press release issued by the Embassy.
