Two youths missing in Harpan River in Pokhara
POKHARA: Two youths, who had gone for fishing in Harpan River, have reportedly been swept away by the flooded river in Pokhara on Sunday.
DSP and Kaski District Police Office spokesperson Khadag Bahadur Khatri said Lalit Pun and Indra Pun of Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City-3 were swept by the river at around 4:30 pm today.
Both of them are said to be in their mid-twenties.
Meanwhile, Khatri further said that the water divers from Nepal Police and Armed Police Force have intensified their search for the missing duo in the Phewa river.
Herpan River converge into Phewa Lake in the Lake City in Kaski district.
