KATHMANDU, JULY 14
Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav is leaving for an official visit to Qatar from July 14 to 16 to convey the Government of Nepal's condolences following the demise of Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vice President Yadav will present a letter of condolence from President Ramchandra Paudel to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, during a meeting scheduled for July 15.
The Vice President will be accompanied by senior government officials during the visit.
He is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on July 16, the ministry said.
