It’s always cool to see our favorite celebrities getting excited about meeting each other. And in the latest installment of celebrity star struck theater, John Mayer paid a visit to his big fan (he is reportedly a fan of hers, too) Miley Cyrus.

The two hammed it up for the cameras backstage at Miley’s Best of Both Worlds tour in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Michalka Sisters also got in on the fun, posing for pics as well.

Reportedly, the “Hannah Montana” actress took some time off of her busy tour schedule to stop by the Sunrise Children’s Hospital this past Sunday while she was in Sin City. Cyrus signed autographs and posed for pictures with the ill children.

Miley told press that the secret to her staying out of trouble is listening to her mother’s advice. “The most important thing is really staying true to yourself. That’s what my mom taught me. She’s the most beautiful girl, not only on the outside but on the inside. She’s teaching me how to be a good person.”
