KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 4
Former prime minister and NCP co-chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal participates in a general strike called by the Dahal-Nepal faction of Nepal Communist Party, at Satdobato, Lalitpur, on Thursday.
Supporters of Dahal-Nepal faction of the ruling party came out into the streets in large numbers. The strike has affected the normal life in and outside Kathmandu valley as public transportation and other services are halted.
