Simkhada carded six-under 66 to finish first in the grand final
KATHMANDU, January 30
Atmaram Simkhada won the title of the Social Golf Tournament here at the Gokarna Golf Club on Saturday. Played under stroke play full handicap format, Simkhada carded six-under 66 to finish first in the grand final.
Joseph Nathan came second with the score of five-under 66. Simkhada and Nathan received 21-year-old Royal Salute whisky as prizes.
Babu Sherpa and Rabin Phuyal won the best front nine and back nine awards with the scores of three-under 33 and six-under 30 respectively.
They received 18-yearold Chivas Whisky each. A total of 24 players took part in the tournament which was sponsored by golfers Eu Jae Lee and Rabin Phuyal.
