RANCHI: Arjun Munda was on Saturday sworn in as chief minister of Jharkhand as the head of a BJP-led NDA government. Governor Syed Sibtey Razi administered the oath of office to Munda. The way for Munda assuming office was cleared late Friday night after chief minister Shibu Soren quit after he was asked by the central government to do so. — HNS
