'Samarthguru Siddhartha Aulia's structured method offers a scientific path to spiritual growth'
KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 2
Samarthguru Sangh Nepal, a non-profit spiritual and social organization, is hosting free weekly meditation (Dhyan) sessions every Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. as part of its growing initiative to promote mental well-being, inner peace, and community harmony through meditation.
Guided by Samarthguru Siddhartha Aulia, the sessions are based on a scientifically structured spiritual method that aims to help individuals cope with modern stress, addictions, and the fleeting pursuits of pleasure. The organization describes the approach as a "reproducible inner science" - a clear, step-by-step framework that leads practitioners from basic meditation to deeper states of awareness and ultimately to Samadhi.
According to Manju Sharma, President and National Coordinator at Samarthguru Sangh Nepal, the method simplifies and systematizes ancient spiritual techniques into a form that is accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or prior experience.
"Through a structured process, individuals can experience the transformative power of meditation - not as a philosophy, but as a living, repeatable inner journey," Sharma said. "Participants have reported noticeable improvements, from reduced stress and improved focus to deeper states of peace and awareness."
Sharma added that genuine spiritual attainment is achievable through consistent practice and proper guidance, emphasizing that these free weekly sessions are part of the Sangh's broader effort to strengthen community well-being and promote mindful living.
Since the launch of the program in August 2024, the initiative has been steadily expanding, drawing growing participation from across Nepal. The Sangh noted that the practice has resonated with people seeking a tangible, experience-based path to spiritual growth in an age dominated by digital distractions and emotional instability.
"With growing participation and positive response, this initiative is contributing not only to individual transformation but also to the strengthening of collective spiritual awareness within the community," Sharma added.
The weekly Dhyan sessions are held at the Samarthguru Sangh Nepal Main Office, Buddhanagar Sadhana Kendra, Alfa Beta Complex, Kathmandu, and are open to everyone free of cost.
